Sailors Grave
The spectacular Sailors Grave Beach, only 10 minutes drive from Silverstream Falls, offers an exquisite sandy beach, ideal for fishing, surfing, exploring or relaxing under the shade of a pohutukawa.
The more energetic can enjoy a 3 hour bush and coastal walk from the top of the Tairua Hill through the Whenuakite forest and along the coast to Sailors Grave Beach.
Located off the beaten tourist track, yet easily accessible from State Highway 25, Sailors Grave Beach offers its visitors some of the most stunning and dramatic scenery on the Coromandel.
